Clean water, funding government services, and growing smarter are all hot issues right now. Join us for a lively discussion on how these issues are interconnected and how current initiatives may change the way we plan for growth to ensure a more economically and environmentally sustainable future for Maryland – and her communities. The forum will be at the Mt. Washington Club in Baltimore, $10 admission.

- Geoff Anderson, President and CEO of Smart Growth America
- David Costello, Deputy Secretary for Policy and Planning at the Maryland Department of the Environment
- Steve Stewart, Baltimore County Dept. of Environmental Protection & Sustainability Watershed Management and Monitoring Section.

Direction to the Mount Washington Club:
Driving -
Take I-83 to Northern Parkway, headed east. At first traffic light turn left onto Falls Road. JUST after the Kelly Ave bridge on your left is Smith Ave take the left into the complex where Whole Foods is located.
Take your first left onto Cottonworth Ave. Follow Cottonworth Ave past the swim club and playing fields to the Mount Washington Club.
By Light Rail -
Take the light rail to the Mount Washington stop. Cross under the JFX, walk though the tunnel, and walk down Smith Ave. Take a right on Cottonworth Ave and follow past the swim club to Mount Washington Club. It is about a ten minute walk.
